CORE house: adaptable housing

We present the recently completed renovation of the Core apartment, in the heart of Murcia.

A project that was presented to us as a challenge towards the formulation of new ways of living. In this approach, flexibility of use should prevail, both due to the appearance of the plan (longitudinal and with a single façade), as well as the personal situation of the clients.

-The kitchen becomes the central and articulating element of the house, which revolves around it.

-The dividing partitions of the bedrooms are designed as mobile panels: 1. To widen the corridor creating a room that can become an extra bedroom, and 2. In the master bedroom, allowing the extension of the living room into a single standard space " loft ".
